The PCF community elected a new set of officers, the so-called the Council of Co-Responsibles. The new coordinator: Fr. Ian Noel Rabago (Laoag). The vice-coordinator: Fr. Edwin Fontanilla (La Union). The Secretary/Treasurer: Fr. Arnel Tan (LRMS). The committee chairmen: Liturgy - Fr. Samuel Galias (Sorsogon); Spirituality - Fr. Samson M' Rinkaya (Kenya); Music - Fr. Edilberto Jarapa (Lucena); Physical Arrangement - Fr. Robert Anagboso (Nigeria); Sports - Fr. Arnold Fuentes ( Cotabato).
